Late Matungu MP Justus Murunga was the biological father to his lover’s three-year-old girl and not the seven-year-old boy, a DNA test shows.
The paternity test made public on Monday confirmed that the legislator who collapsed and died on November 14 fathered Agnes Wangui’s daughter contrary to the woman’s submission in court that the MP sired both children with her.
The report by Crystal Lab Pathologists revealed that the daughter’s DNA corresponds to the MP’s by 99.9 percent.
The woman was hawking porridge in Nairobi when she allegedly met the late MP who died while aged 59 and was buried a week ago.
