Standard eight candidates at Galmadido primary school in Kinna who will score above 300 marks in the forthcoming KCPE exams will have their secondary school fees paid to form four by Isiolo Senator Fatuma Dullo.

Ms Dullo, who is the Deputy Senate Majority Leader, promised to fully sponsor secondary education for all pupils who will score 300 marks and above at the school where the population of boys supersedes that of girls.

Expected to maximally benefit are girls at the school, whose college and university education will be catered for by the Senator.

“I will support secondary education for those who will score 300 marks and above and will take care of college and university fees for the girls who will attain the target,” Ms Dullo who had accompanied several Principal Secretaries on a tour of several projects in the county said.

The support, Ms Dullo said, is meant to encourage more girls and boys to take education seriously and transit to the highest level for an educated and empowered society.
