At least four people have died and several injured after a vehicle they were traveling in ran on an explosive device in Mandera.
It is still unclear on the number of passengers who were in the public service vehicle.
Investigations have been launched as security organs hunt down for the assailants who planted the explosive along Mandera-Arabia road.
