Kisii County Public Service Board Chair Evans Mamboleo has passed on, throwing the county into a mourning mood.
The cause of his death still remains unclear.
Kisii Governor James Ongwae eulogised the late as diligent and ‘most sociable person’ he knew.
“It is very painful to learn of the death of Mr Mamboleo…” Governor Ongwae shared.
