Police in Siaya are holding a man who allegedly killed his wife over suspected infidelity.
Reports indicate that the 30-year-old Samuel Ouma, who is a motorbike rider, had gone to a Busaa brewing den with the wife on Sunday evening before leaving her to pick a customer.
He would later go home and on finding out that the wife was not around, proceed back to the den to pick her.
He’s said to have started beating the 36-year-old Veronica Gathoni before her body was discovered within their compound today morning.
According to the couple’s daughter, the victim’s body was found in a pool of blood.
The body has been moved to Ambira Sub-County Hospital mortuary as the suspect awaits arraignment.
