The problem squarely lies on the middle-class politicians who upon assuming Political power as MPs, Senators, Women Reps and Governors immediately grows senile and impotent.
They have sold their souls and those of the people they represent to a metropolis bourgeoisie (A top politician) whom they literally worship like an idol in Nairobi. Could be Raila, Uhuru, Ruto, Kalonzo or Musalia.
Instead of obeying and pledging loyalty to the needs and the plight of the poor population who elected them they become agents and adopted children of the Political bourgeoisie in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi. They have ended up mortgaging their intent and intellect to them at negligible bundles of Sh100, 000 monthly to hoodwink you in burials and harambees.
Your MP, Senator, Women Rep and your Governor both have become partners in self-aggrandizement and self-development. Our politicians are in captivity that No military force in the world can offer successful rescue combat. Absolute captivity!
Now in unison, they discuss how to Underdevelop their Constituencies and counties while developing their Nairobi master’s ambitions as well as their own selfish interests but portraying some decoy seriousness to fool civilians.
I am persuaded to believe that in the Republic of Kenya unless something miraculous happens; for a moment we should abolish all Political seats because they have become a canal through which public interests are plundered and murdered in the broad daylight yet the only remedy being offered is a camouflaged public inquest through DCI and EACC to complete the fooling process.
