Lucy Mbae, the wife to former Tharaka Nithi Governor Samuel Ragwa has passed on.
Taking to social media, Senator Kithure Kindiki and Governor Muthomi Njuki eulogized Ms Mbae as a compassionate person who will be remembered for her numerous life-touching programs while serving as the first Tharaka Nithi County First Lady.
“Condolences to my friend Hon Ragwa on the unfortunate and profound loss of your dear wife. My prayers, those of my family and the county fraternity are with you during this painful moment,” Prof Kindiki shared.
