Police in Kisumu County are interrogating a secondary school learner who is suspected of peddling bhang to fellow students in Seme Sub-County.
The Rapogi Mixed Secondary School form three student was arrested following a tip-off by teachers who informed police officers and they responded swiftly.
11 rolls of bhang were recovered from the student who also revealed that he had been buying the commodity from a woman who lived not far away from the school.
Sleuths upon conducting a raid at the woman’s home recovered 700 rolls of bhang and several litres of illicit brew.
The two are in police custody as investigations continue.
