The family of a 46-year-old woman whose body was found dumped in a thicket near Kibabii University in Bungoma wants investigations into the matter expedited and the killers arrested.

Ms Hellen Nasimiyu’s body, with deep cuts, was found at Bukananachi village on April 18 (Sunday morning), three days after she was last seen.

It is suspected that the woman could have been killed elsewhere before the body was dumped at the village.

The body was taken to Bungoma County Referral Hospital.
