Police in Marimanti, Tharaka Nithi have arrested an elderly man for reportedly defiling his employer’s two daughters aged seven and eleven in Kirangare area.
The 70-year-old had been employed by the girls’ father to take care of his livestock.
Reports indicate that the girl’s father had left for Nairobi a week ago only to Friday night, when he returned home, find the Mzee on the same bed with his daughters while naked prompting his arrest.
The girls’ mother had earlier left the home following a domestic tiff with their father.
A medical report compiled at Marimanti Level Four Hospital showed that the girls had been defiled.
The suspect will be arraigned on Tuesday to face defilement and indecent act charges.
