Four people have died and several others badly injured after a Nissan they were traveling in rammed into a stalled trailer along Mombasa road near Athi River town in Machakos County.
Police sources said the four, who were traveling in the Nissan headed to Nairobi, died on the spot.
The trailer stalled Tuesday evening following a mechanical breakdown according to witnesses.
It is not yet established the number of occupants in the Nissan.
