After sensing the inevitable, UDA political bigwigs in Mt Kenya led by Gatundu South Moses Kuria and Murang’a Senator Irungu Kang’ata are now weaving a narrative that when Raila Odinga wins the presidency, Uhuru Kenyatta will be the biggest loser because Raila will betray him.
They are the same ones, especially Kang’ata who predicted Uhuru will betray Raila after the handshake and bolted to join the “Alibaba” camp.
These two and the growing orchestra of Mt Kenya political opportunists have panicked and wish this fear mongering will prevent people from within Mt Kenya from casting their votes in favour of Raila Amolo Odinga.
They better remember that they were misled to demonise Uhuru and cheat the people to hate their President in vain.
Now that the fortunes are changing and Raila is poised to win with a landslide, minus majority of votes from Mt Kenya region, the guilty conscience is eating these betrayers like hell.
In effect, they are behaving like the Hyena that followed a person who was walking swinging his hands hoping one hand will fall down and devour it.
For the upteenth time, I wish to reiterate there is no way even without a free and fair elections can Mt Kenya and Kalenjins produce a President in this country given the configuration of regional politics.
Moses and Kanga’ta of this world, including those in denial should be prepared for Raila Presidency without fear for themselves or Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta.
