Senior Principal Magistrate at Kehancha Law Court has been arrested over alleged defilement.
The 51-year-old was arrested with a minor at Sharies Bar and Restaurant in Bomet last night.
Reports indicate that he had booked a room around 8pm and left for the pub only to be spotted headed to the room with a minor three hours later.
A staff at the lodge alerted police who on arrival found the magistrate in his motorvehicle at the parking yard together with a 17-year-old girl.
Police reports indicate that a sperm stained bedsheet and tissue paper were recovered in the room.
The Magistrate and the victim were taken to hospital for medical examination.
He was Friday released on Sh100, 000 bond with case set to proceed on April 6, 2022.
