The prime suspect in the murder of Isiolo peace ambassador Ms Elizabeth Ibrahim has been discharged from the hospital and detained at Isiolo Police Station as investigations continue.
According to police sources, the 45-year-old Patrick Nawit who was allegedly attacked by irate villagers, is expected to be arraigned later today over the killing.
Ms Ibrahim was stabbed to death on Monday evening at Kambi Garba area under unclear circumstances.
Local activists have since appealed to the government to expedite Investigation to ensure justice is served.
