Four people died and more than 10 others were injured in an accident in involving a matatu and a private vehicle along Narok-Mai Mahiu highway.
The casaulties in the Sunday evening’s head-on-collission were the matatu driver and three occupants of the private Station Wagon vehicle who died on the spot.
The injured are being treated at the Narok Sub-County Hospital.
Narok East Sub-County police boss Jared Nyarando said the private vehicle driver was trying to overtake when the accident occurred.
He appealed to motorists to be careful on the road to avoid losing lives.
