Police have arrested two men transporting bhang worth more than Sh3 million along Garissa Road in Thika, Kiambu County.
Mr Shedrack Maangi and Hassan Adan Maalim aged 35 and 25 years respectively were intercepted while ferrying the narcotics from Wajir towards Nairobi.
Officers from the Special Service Unit (SSU) also seized an actross lorry that the suspects were using to transport the narcotic.
The suspects are being held as investigations into the matter continue.
The two are likely to be charged with drug trafficking upon completion of investigations.
