At least 80 people across the country have died from Coronavirus in the last five days bringing the cumulative death toll to 3, 621 since the first case was reported in the country in March 2020.
Eighteen (18) deaths were reported last Friday, 18 on Saturday, 21 on Sunday, 17 on Monday and nine on Tuesday.
A total of 2, 364 positive cases were reported between June 25 to June 29, 2021 with the cumulative number as at June 29 standing at 183, 603.
This comes as Kenyans across the country continue to disregard the Ministry of Health protocols meant to curb spread of the disease.
Some 1, 926 people recovered from the disease bringing the total number of recoveries to 125, 388.
