Embattled Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) Secretary-General Wilson Sossion has resigned over ‘frustrations by the government’, one day to union’s national elections.
The leader, who was at loggerheads with government bodies, said he quit following State’s failure to support his leadership.
Mr Sossion was to defend his seat against Knut’s acting Chairperson Collins Oyuu in the elections scheduled for tomorrow (June 26).
