Isiolo North MP Hassan Odha Hulufo has found himself on the receiving end after residents raised concern over the amount of money spent in the renovation of the perimeter wall and painting of Wabera Primary School gate.
It is said that the MP spent nearly Sh10 million in the recent exercise.
A parent at the school said it was unfortunate that the MP would spend such a huge amount while some schools had facilities in pathetic state.
“He should have assisted in improving the poor state of several other schools,” he said.
MP Odha was unreachable for a comment.
