Either this country’s Judiciary has a big problem or is in confusion.
If the Judiciary and indeed the judges are universally in concurrence that the president is biased and totally out of order, why did those he has appointed to the Court of Appeal take the oath of office?
I thought if the Head of State was acting unconstitutionally and persecuting the Judiciary and the institution was harmogeniously in agreement that is so, the best it could have done is to decline to accept unconstitutional appointments!
Let nobody tell me those who accepted were compromised because I can argue all judges that are not compromised should resign enmass forthwith!
